Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Execution of Marketing Activities

• Plan: based on leveraged result generation, efficiency and impact

• Do: ensure accurate and smooth implementation and information arrangement

• Check: focus on the eventual numeric result and judge objectively

• Action: extract the improvement core from mixed factors, and shape up for the next

• Identification and Research on New & Existing Market Potential

• Selectively investigate industries that align with our future sales share (e.g. Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicle)

• Refining In-house Database (CRM System)

• Maintain integrity of the database

• Explore methods to grow the customer base in the system

• Customer Support Function

• Extract customer needs through direct communication (phone, email, visits)

• Provide required and additional solutions from limited information

• Support to Sales Team

• Generate reports and conduct analysis to reveal unseen sales potential

• Assist sales administrative work

Requirements

• Skills:

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is a plus.

• Strong command of English, comfortable engaging prospects and customers directly by phone, email, and in person.

• Experience & qualifications

• 3-6 years professional marketing experience (B2B preferred).

• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

• Personal qualities

• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement

• Curious to investigate the reasons behind any outcomes

• Purpose-driven mindset, always questioning the 'why' behind actions

• High hospitality standards, akin to a first-class hotel, understanding and anticipating others' needs

• Ready to take immediate action

• Meticulous and likes to double-check completed assignments, committed to thoroughness in achieving decided objectives

• Results-driven, well-organized, and attentive to detail

• Salary $3800 - $4600

• Japanese electronics manufacturer of industrial automation and inspection equipments

• 5-day work week
