Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service) - Aesthetic Clinic

Roles & Responsibilities

Our esteemed client in the Medical Aesthetic industry is seeking a Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, capped at 44 hours per week (Closed on Sunday & PHs)
• Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Quarterly Incentives + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries.
• Perform cashiering and administrative duties.
• Dispense products/medications according to clinic procedures.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and assist with stock-taking.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and dispensary area.

Job Requirements:

• At least GCE “O” level or its equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a clinic, healthcare, retail, or customer service environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
