Roles & Responsibilities

Project Manager - Electrical

Oversees electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.
3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the project.
4. Quality Control: Ensure that electrical systems and components meet quality and safety standards.
5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage project schedules, including timelines and milestones.

Required Skills:

1. Electrical Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and principles.
2. Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
3. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
