Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

Responsible for solution design and maintenance of applications used in the company primarily focusing on Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Power Forms automation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support and troubleshooting for any issue related to the application and B2B integrations in accordance to target SLA

• Liaise with software vendor to resolve any issue that cannot be solved

• Design basic B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS including developing programs/scripts to convert customer formats if required

• Participate in improvement projects in relations to system to improve work efficiency

• Partner with system vendor for appropriate updating, upgrading and enhancement of system

• Serve as system subject matter expert and conduct regular user training in relations to assigned software

Job requirements

• Diploma / Degree In Information Technology or relevant qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in application maintenance and support in contract logistics and/or freight forwarding industry

• Strong knowledge of WMS preferred

• Proficiency in scripting / programming languages including macros, PHP, Power Apps or equivalent

• Good knowledge of Application Support and User Management

• Possess some programming knowledge to customize basic integration messages

• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
