Sales Engineer (Inspection Devices) Training Provided - West - VTTO

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established company specializing in advanced industrial inspection, testing, and measurement solutions. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to join their growing team. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial inspection and testing equipment.

• Diagnose equipment faults and provide technical troubleshooting support at customer sites and in-house service facilities.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support to support customer requirements.

• Prepare service reports, calibration records, maintenance documentation, and technical reports.

• Coordinate with overseas principals and internal departments on technical support, warranty claims, and service activities.

• Provide after-sales support, including equipment servicing, customer training, and technical consultation.

• Support sales activities by identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions.

• Ensure equipment performance meets operational, quality, and safety standards in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of industrial equipment.

• Experience with inspection, measurement, testing, or instrumentation equipment will be an advantage.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
