Role Overview :

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the key liaison between the agency and our clients. You'll work closely with internal teams—creative, strategy, etc —to manage campaigns, ensure deliverables are on time, and maintain high client satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in translating client needs into clear briefs and ensuring projects exceed expectations.

The Role :

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and trusted partnerships.
• Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business needs to deliver effective campaign solutions.
• Anticipate and address client concerns with professionalism and proactive communication.
