Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (ACMV)

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

Our client, an established M&E engineering contractor, is looking for a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to manage ACMV works across building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee project coordination, site execution, technical submissions, subcontractors, testing and commissioning, documentation and project handover. This role offers a clear opportunity to progress into an ACMV Manager or Project Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV works from planning and installation through T&C and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements and material requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, subcontractors and site progress.
• Resolve technical and site-coordination issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and defect rectification.
• Assist with procurement, variation orders, claims and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of ACMV experience in Singapore construction projects.
• More Experience candidate will be consider for more senior role
• Strong ACMV installation and site-coordination experience.
• Able to independently manage site activities and subcontractors.
• Familiar with technical drawings and project documentation.
• Testing and commissioning experience is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
