Growth & Partnership Associate
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month, depending on experience and capabilities
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a broad-based role covering business development, document review, influencer and partnership outreach, financial forecasting and market research.
The successful candidate will work closely with management on a variety of commercial initiatives and will gain hands-on exposure across partnerships, contracts and financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and reach out to suitable social media content creators and potential partners across platforms.
Initiate discussions and develop collaboration opportunities to promote our app.
Coordinate and follow up on influencer and partnership campaigns from initial outreach through execution.
Research potential partners, markets and new business opportunities.
Contracts & Commercial Support
Assist in reviewing commerical documents, NDAs, influencer and partnership agreements, vendor agreements.
Identify key commercial terms, potential issues and areas requiring further review or negotiation.
Create presentation decks for business proposals
Financial Modelling & Analysis
Prepare and maintain financial models and business projections using Microsoft Excel.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support management decision-making.
Assist with revenue, cost, profitability and business-case analysis for new markets and commercial opportunities.
Other Commercial Support
Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
Prepare reports, presentations and other materials for management.
Support ad hoc business development, commercial and strategic projects as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable reaching out to and communicating with influencers, partners and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
Able to read and understand commercial documents and contracts.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer marketing, social media partnerships or business development.
Exposure to contract review, NDAs or commercial agreements.
Experience building financial models, forecasts or projections in Excel.
