Our Client, one of the leading and reputable Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Patient Care Assistant / Healthcare Assistant!!

Job Descriptions

• Actively attend to the patients’ self-care needs including elimination, nail and oral hygiene maintenance.

• Assist with mobility needs of patients as well as transfer and mobilise the patient as required.

• Assist as van escort helping patients to and fro from the hospital

• Measure and record patient's weight, temperature and blood pressure as required.

• Look after the patient's dietary and feeding requirements, including taking meal order, serving meal and drinks, as well as assist with the feeding of patient if patient unable to do so.

• Be responsible for food pantry including the safe storing of food items, checking on stock level and ensuring the quality of food for safe consumption.

• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and filing of documents etc.

• Communicating with patients, relatives and carers.

Requirement

• Possess a GCE 'N' Level or Certificate in Health Care Assistant or equivalent

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Patient Care Assistant.

• Passionate working in healthcare industry
