Are you a finance professional with a strong interest in financial planning, business analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making? We are seeking an experienced finance talent to join a collaborative team, providing financial insights across planning, budgeting, costing, performance management, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis activities.
• Develop financial projections and evaluate performance trends to provide meaningful insights for management decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual review of service pricing and fee structures, including conducting financial analysis and preparing supporting submissions and documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess new services, business initiatives, and proposals through financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of finance and costing systems, including the development of cost models for operational services.
• Review billing-related matters and cases, ensuring financial information is accurate, complete, and appropriately validated.
• Assist with system testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance, costing, and billing system enhancements.
• Conduct financial simulations, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling, and other ad hoc analyses to support business strategies and policy-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen reporting, and improve the quality and efficiency of finance operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, commercial finance, or a similar finance function.
• Candidates with healthcare or public sector experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial information and translate findings into practical business insights.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable handling financial systems, large datasets, financial models, and process improvement initiatives.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
