Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Engage existing customers primarily through tele-consulting, as well as through in-person and virtual interactions.

• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele-consulting.

• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.

• Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and structured follow-ups.

• Build and grow your customer base through structured outreach activities, tele-prospecting initiatives and customer engagement programmes.

• Understand customers’ needs, financial goals and life stages, and recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions in a clear and responsible manner.

• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans and achieve individual and team KPIs.

• Participate in bank-led events, roadshows and outreach activities to engage customers and support business growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by sharing relevant ideas, market updates and timely insights.

• Set personal goals and work consistently towards achieving them, with guidance and support from your manager and team.

• Continuously develop your knowledge and skills, including product knowledge, market awareness and customer communication.

What We’re Looking For

You do not need to know everything from Day 1 — structured training and coaching will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to connect with people.

• Have an interest in financial planning, investments or wealth management.

• Enjoy speaking with people and building rapport over the phone.

• Are comfortable working in an office-based, tele-consulting environment.

• Take pride in delivering quality work and continuously improving yourself.

• Are comfortable working towards individual and team-based targets.

• Are open to flexible working hours, including occasional weekends for events when required.

• Have a positive attitude and are motivated to learn and develop within the wealth management space.

Candidates with prior financial advisory or wealth management experience may be considered for more senior positions.
