Finance & Trade Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

SmartSunInnovation is a Singapore-based renewable energy technology company withbusiness activities across Singapore, China, India and Southeast Asia. We arelooking for an experienced, hands-on executive who can quickly take ownershipof day-to-day finance and international trade operations. The workplace will be at solaris at one north.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

· Handledaily payments, collections, bank transactions, AP/AR and basicreconciliations.

· Followcustomer and supplier orders, payments, shipment status and transactionrecords.

· Prepareand check POs, invoices, packing lists and other trade-related documents.

· Coordinatewith customers, suppliers, banks, freight forwarders and external accountingproviders.

· Trackorder-level costs, cash flow and basic profitability; support GST, audit andmanagement reporting.

· Supportother finance and trade-operation matters as the business grows.

REQUIREMENTS

· At least2 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, trading operations or asimilar role.

· Able toindependently handle routine payments, collections, banking and financialdocumentation.

· Comfortablewith Excel, numbers and business documents; strong attention to detail.

· Goodwritten and spoken English; responsible and able to work independently.

· SingaporeCitizen or Permanent Resident.

ADDEDADVANTAGES

· Qualificationin Finance, Accounting, Business, International Trade or a related field.

· Experiencein trading, import/export or manufacturing companies, especially China and/orIndia transactions.

· Familiaritywith PO, PI, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping documents, T/T, LC orFX transactions.

· Knowledgeof Singapore GST or experience supporting full-set accounts.

· Mandarincommunication capability for coordination with China-based suppliers andpartners.
