HR LEAD | QUASI PUBLIC AGENCY
Roles & Responsibilities
Our Client is a well-known quasi public agency responsible for the promotion and development of a key sector of visible national interest to the population of Singapore. Reporting into the Chief Executive, the HR Lead is responsible for team of three across a total employee headcount of <100 staff.
- Business partner to HODs including advising on organizational strategies and manpower planning in relation to the organizational objectives and sustainability.
- Lead in performance management which includes staff performance review, staff discipline, staff promotion etc
- Assess and implement talent management agenda and training initiatives
- HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and contract renewals
- Lead the implementation of digitization initiatives
- Plan and implement engagement activities and staff socials.
This HR Lead should be passionate towards developing human capital with 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role. He/she can be a trained HR generalist with strong business partnering orientation, good knowledge of Singapore HR practices, as well as some HR transformation experience.
