SOCIAL MARKETING & BRAND GROWTH EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Purpose

We are looking for a creative and commercially-minded Social Marketing & Brand Growth Executive to strengthen J’s Salon’s digital presence and transform social media engagement into real business growth.
It is about telling our story, creating desire, building trust and converting attention into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Build a consistent brand image and tone of voice.
• Identify trends and develop content relevant to beauty, hair, wellness and lifestyle.

2. Content Creation
Create and coordinate:

• Reels & short-form videos
• Before & after transformations
• Hair & beauty tips
• Customer testimonials
• Educational content
• Staff expertise and behind-the-scenes stories
• Promotions, campaigns and events
• Brand storytelling

3. Customer Engagement & Conversion

• Respond to comments and enquiries.
• Encourage customers to make appointments.
• Develop social media campaigns that generate leads.
• Work with the salon team to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build customer relationships beyond the first visit.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Good photography and short-video skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Creative, energetic and willing to appear on camera when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Interest or experience in beauty, hair, wellness, fashion or lifestyle is highly preferred.
