Facilities Operations Manager (Government Project)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• 2 Years Contract

• Islandwide

• Up to $6,500

• Performance Bonus and Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day IFM operations across assigned camps and facilities, managing FM teams, contractors and specialist vendors.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, asset health, lifecycle planning and obsolescence management.

• Manage emergency incidents, fault recovery, crisis response and root cause investigations while meeting contractual recovery timelines.

• Ensure statutory, government agencies, quality and safety compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction and KPI performance.

Skills/Experience Required

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IFM or facilities operations.

• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders, service providers and operational teams.

• Strong experience in incident management, service recovery and operational continuity.

• Experience in asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, obsolescence management, CMMS and technical proposal preparation.
