Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning to support operational needs.
• Ensure effective internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial reporting tools.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
