Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our growing Events and Sales Marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, communication, and personal growth. Whether you’re starting fresh or looking for a change, we provide all the training, mentorship, and support needed for you to succeed and grow your career with us.

Responsibilities

• Engage audiences by actively participating in live event marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness
• Represent and promote products and services directly to customers to increase interest and drive sales
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that support sales goals
• Deliver positive customer interactions to enhance brand experience and encourage repeat engagement
• Support and coach new team members to improve their performance and facilitate knowledge sharing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service is advantageous
• Communicate and present brand messages clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrate an open-minded attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments
• Work collaboratively as a team player with a strong work ethic to contribute to team objectives

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (Day shift)
• Weekend availability depending on event schedules
