Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to join our efforts in developing microneedle-based RNA carriers at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute (BTI).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Principal Scientist in conducting research activities for developing microneedle-based RNA carriers
• Perform microneedle sample preparation and characterization
• Conduct cell experiments to check the biological activity of RNA payloads
• Assist Principal Scientist in conducting mouse experiments
• Record experimental findings and present analysis results to Principal Scientist
• Assist Principal Scientist in drafting research reports and manuscripts
• Handle the procurement of laboratory consumables and equipment
• Participate in routine laboratory maintenance and housekeeping

Requirements

• Bachelor in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant disciplines
• Prior experience in relevant fields is not a requirement but an advantage
• Highly motivated and able to work independently after training
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Good spoken and written communication skills
