Roles & Responsibilities

About the Job

You will be part of the Human Resources team, supporting the maintenance and execution of Performance, Compensation, and Benefits policies and frameworks. This role will also be involved in HR system implementation, data analytics, and various rewards-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR System Implementation & Support

• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR systems relating to Performance, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Participate in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare communication materials and user guides for relevant system modules.
• Support data migration through the extraction and consolidation of records and files.
• Guide internal stakeholders on system-related queries.
• Compile and review stakeholder feedback on system design and process flows.

2. Data Analytics & Rewards Support

• Consolidate, extract, and analyse data for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.
• Review compensation proposals that fall outside approved parameters and support the relevant escalation process.
• Assist with market and industry surveys to support compensation and benefits benchmarking.

3. Other Projects

• Support Rewards-related and HR projects as required.
• Participate in process improvement and other ad-hoc projects.
