Project Control Officer [MS Power BI & Automation]/ APAC/ JLPT/ $5K base+Vb/ Japanese MNC/ Paya

Roles & Responsibilities

• Up to $5,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

• Permanent Position | APAC Headquarters | Paya Lebar

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate is preferred.

• Japanese-language proficiency or JLPT certification is an advantage, as the role involves frequent communication with stakeholders at the company’s headquarters in Japan.

Our client, a reputable Japanese construction multinational corporation, is seeking a suitable candidate to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional construction project management using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate to collect, organise, analyse and report project information.

• Develop and maintain dashboards covering project quality, schedules, costs, change orders, manpower, safety, environmental matters and financial performance.

• Automate reporting processes and document workflows.

• Maintain accurate project records and provide management with timely dashboards, reports and business insights.

• Prepare periodic business reports for stakeholders at the APAC headquarters and Japan headquarters.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and follow up on reporting requirements.

• Manage project and Integrated Management System documentation.

• Support internal and external IMS audits and ensure proper document control.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Practical experience using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.

• Good understanding of accounting principles, project costing, budgeting and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

• Japanese-language proficiency or JLPT certification is preferred due to frequent communication with stakeholders in Japan.

• Experience in construction, project controls or project reporting would be advantageous.
