Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters
• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties
• Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Diploma, ACCA level 1 or 2, Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experiences
• Preferably experience in F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ABSS (formerly MYOB)
• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently
