📍 Work Location: North-East Singapore

📅 Full-Time, Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide quality basic nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.
• Monitor residents' physical condition and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and observations.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of medical equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support other nursing and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ITE Skill Certificate (ISC) in Healthcare (Home Care), WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care), Certificate in Nursing (Overseas), or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a nursing home, eldercare, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and First Aid Certification will be an advantage.
• Passionate about caring for seniors and providing quality patient care.
• Able to work well in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
