BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager & Supervisor to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and forging strategic partnerships. They oversee daily operations and servicequality while securing new commercial and residential renovation and installation contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and secure new renovation and installation contracts.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate the preparation of quotations, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive contract renewals.
• Prepare required documents when tendering for government contracts.
• Consult with clients to assess their renovation and installation needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and other appropriate business development channels.

Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day renovation, installation and maintenance works across multiple work sites.
• Supervise employees, contractors, and site activities, as applicable.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with the agreed scope of work.
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Plan staff work schedules and manpower allocation across multiple client sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor renovation and installation workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required, hands on experience without academic qualifications will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development and supervision, ideally within the renovation and installation industry.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Salary

• In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to a negotiable commission based on the total amount of accumulated profit from the contracts they secured for each calendar month.
