Job Summary
Join Alexis Employment as a Placement Consultant working from home, managing client needs, matching suitable domestic helpers, and driving successful placements with flexible hours and performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Engage families to assess and understand their domestic helper requirements for suitable matches
- Recommend and present appropriate helper profiles tailored to client needs
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates to align with household preferences
- Manage the entire placement process from initial enquiry through to successful deployment
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Alexis Employment’s placement procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional follow-up and service
- Develop client referrals and repeat business by delivering consistent, high-quality service
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI Certification as mandated for employment agency personnel
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage clients independently to understand and meet their needs
- Responsible and service-oriented approach to managing client and candidate interactions
- Self-motivated and results-driven to achieve placement targets and income goals
- Knowledge and adherence to MOM regulations and agency procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or the domestic helper industry

- Work remotely with flexible hours and control over client engagement and pipeline management
- Commission-based earnings with additional performance incentives and no fixed earning ceiling
