Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct building inspections and coordinate repairs for building fabric and facilities.
- Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor service delivery, maintain proper documentation, and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations
- Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager and Engineer.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, strong safety mindset (displays good WSH behavior), and willingness to learn.
- Good documentation and multitasking abilities
