Job Summary

Carry out restaurant operations independently and as a dependable team member, following SOPs to ensure smooth service, quality food, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned restaurant roles (e.g., greeter, runner, bartender, cashier) following SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery
• Prepare the restaurant for daily service by checking food availability, special menus, guest reservations, service area setup, cash registers, and payment machines
• Serve customers attentively to meet their needs and enhance their dining experience
• Manage cash transactions accurately and securely according to procedures
• Prepare and serve drinks, beverages, and dessert items following quality standards
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as per guidelines
• Identify and report potential service, food quality, or cleanliness issues and recommend improvements
• Comply with SOPs and safety requirements to maintain operational standards
• Inspect and clean utensils and restaurant areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Identify and report unsafe or non-compliant conditions related to personal and food safety
• Communicate clearly and audibly while collaborating effectively as a reliable team member
