Position title: Executive, Telefundraising

Reports to: Telemarketing Manager

Location: Singapore, Hybrid

Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

Lead Tele fundraising Impact

You will drive fundraising through outbound calls — acquiring new supporters, reactivating lapsed donors, and inspiring existing supporters to deepen their impact. Through honest and engaging conversations, you will turn interest into action and help grow WWF’s community of supporters.

Build Meaningful Donor Relationships

You will connect with donors through personalised conversations, helping them feel valued and closely linked to WWF’s conservation work. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen trust and long-term support.

Support Member Experience

You will assist with donor enquiries, account updates, and engagement touchpoints across channels — ensuring a smooth, positive experience that keeps supporters connected to the cause.

Stay Agile and Informed

You will quickly learn and adapt to new campaigns, staying proactively updated on WWF’s programmes, events, and conservation impact to confidently engage and inspire supporters.

Act with Integrity and Respect

You will handle every interaction and donor record with care, honesty, and respect — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with WWF’s values and data protection standards.

What You Bring

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Quick learner with ability to stay informed on campaigns
• Experience in telemarketing/fundraising/customer engagement
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• High integrity, empathy, and respect
