Technical Officer (ACMV)

• Lead and supervise technicians in daily ACMV and facilities maintenance operations.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Investigate equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate and manage contractors for rectification works and ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and service standards.
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant ACMV/HVAC maintenance experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Committed to workplace safety and operational excellence.
