Business Development Executive | Up to $4.5K | Mon-Fri | Central / North-East

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month

Location: Central / North-East

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive retail, publishing, and partnership expansion initiatives. You will identify new growth channels, manage business partnerships, and execute corporate campaigns to boost market presence. Ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a structured retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnership Management

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, corporate partnerships, and distribution channels.

• Lead client engagement, pitch initiatives, and nurture long-term vendor relationships.

• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare contract documentation in line with corporate standards.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and business gaps.

• Serve as main liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Administrative & Campaign Support

• Track and report on sales performance, partner campaigns, and business development metrics.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.

• Manage documentation control, partner agreements, and internal tracking files.

• Provide operational support for events, roadshows, and partner promotional activities.

• Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnership management (retail/FMCG is a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
