Recruitment Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Join the first Italian HR group as we build our local footprint from the ground up.

Backed by our Milan headquarters and operating alongside our sister entity Intoo (specializing in career transition and HR consulting), GI Group is expanding its core recruitment operations.

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of strong billing performance. This is an active, field-based role—not a desk job. You will be on the front lines driving business development, networking with executive decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B solutions selling with consistent high individual billing performance in recruitment.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter mindset with the agility and ambition to help build a brand's market presence.

Executive Presence: Polished communicator with high emotional intelligence for direct client meetings, pitch presentations, and networking.

Full-Cycle Capability: Seamlessly balance outbound client acquisition with candidate headhunting, delivery, and account management.

Be part of a historic entry into the Singapore market.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, enjoy high commercial visibility, leverage a world-class global brand, and capitalize on cross-entity synergies across GI Group and Intoo.
