We are looking for skilled and friendly Service Staff to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure follow up is done for all tables to ensure customer satisfaction
• Take orders and serve food/drinks orders/ dessert orders
• Upsell during order taking and make recommendations
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Greet and welcome customers
• Assist in the receiving of deliveries to our store
• Replenish shelves with products
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store
• Create a healthy shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge with our customers
• Answer enquiries and offer suggestions to our customers
• Manage cash register
• Packing of purchased items
• Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time
