Roles & Responsibilities

Canopy Student Care – Teacher / Senior Teacher (Tiong Bahru / Sin Ming)

Location: Tiong Bahru Centre (near Tiong Bahru MRT) / Bishan Centre (Sin Ming Ave)
Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 per month

About Canopy Education

Founded in 2018, Canopy Education is a student care and enrichment provider for primary school children. With expansion underway, we are hiring multiple positions to meet our growing centre and program needs.

Job Description – Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher

  • Conduct our after-school program in line with the centre’s framework, guidelines, and philosophy (training provided).
  • Guide primary school children to complete daily homework.
  • Keep records of children’s progress and address their educational and developmental needs.
  • Plan and conduct daily and holiday programmes.
  • Facilitate indoor and outdoor play.
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being.
  • Support centre operations as delegated by the Centre Owner / Director.
  • For subject teachers: conduct English, Chinese, and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons according to our curriculum requirements.
