Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for cats and dogs, including feeding, fresh water and basic monitoring.
• Clean and maintain pet boarding rooms, cages and common areas.
• Change litter and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Provide playtime, companionship and basic enrichment for pets.
• Assist with basic grooming such as brushing, face cleaning, paw cleaning and nail trimming.
• Monitor pets’ appetite, behaviour and general condition.
• Take photos and videos to provide daily updates to pet owners.
• Assist with pet check-in and check-out.
• Support general shop and pet hotel duties when required.
• Requirements
• Must genuinely love cats and dogs.
• Responsible, patient and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling animals and carrying out daily cleaning duties.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience in pet care, pet boarding, grooming or veterinary clinics is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Due to current work pass quota limitations, applicants must already be eligible to work in Singapore without requiring additional foreign worker quota. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and eligible Dependant’s Pass holders are welcome to apply. Malaysian applicants may also be considered subject to work pass eligibility and available quota.
