Head of Marketing (Education, Marketing Strategy, Brand Development)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group's brand and marketing strategy and support marketing initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build, lead, and develop the marketing team while managing the marketing budget.
• Partner closely with the Head of Enrolment and Operations to optimise lead quality and marketing performance.
• Support Business Development on marketing initiatives for business expansion and franchising.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience in education, childcare, or other relationship-driven service industries is preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and social media.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable business results.
• Comfortable working in a founder-led environment with strong knowledge of the Singapore market
