Roles and Responsibilities

As an E-commerce & Marketing Executive, you'll play a hands-on role in growing the Slurpy Bear brand through managing our e-commerce platforms, creating engaging content and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Management

• Manage Slurpy Bear’s e-commerce stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online channels to drive traffic and sales.

•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

•Monitor competitors, market trends and platform developments to identify new opportunities.

2. Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborations, events and brand activations.

• Create engaging content to drive awareness, traffic and sales.

• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Assist with basic design work for marketing materials and social media content.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.

• Experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with sales data and reports.

• Comfortable using Canva to create content (experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on and willing to support operational activities when required.
