Roles & Responsibilities

Summary Benefits:

• Location: Centre area

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations for both sea and air freight import and export shipments.

• Handle FCL and LCL shipments.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.

• Prepare and process shipping and trade documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), Commercial Invoice and Packing List (CIPL).

• Arrange and monitor shipment schedules, including vessel and flight bookings.

• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely cargo collection and delivery.

• Handle and resolve shipment delays, documentation issues and other logistics-related matters.

• Ensure all shipping documents and logistics information are accurate and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

• Responsible, well-organised, and able to manage tasks effectively.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
