Sales Director – Vertical Transport / Building Monitoring Solutions

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead solution sales in the vertical transport and building monitoring sector. This role will drive business growth, manage regional operations, and oversee P&L responsibilities across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance building efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution sales for vertical transport and building monitoring systems across SEA.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and manage P&L accountability.

• Build, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, driving performance and professional growth.

• Engage with developers, consultants, and building owners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Represent the company in regional business development, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in solution sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in building solutions sales (e.g., BMS systems, elevators, escalators, vertical transport).

• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and regional team leadership.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to expand market presence across SEA.
