Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Review customer requirements, commercial terms and pricing information.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost calculations.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.
Manage proposal timelines, clarifications, approvals, and submission deadlines.
Support commercial handover, purchase orders, invoicing, and project-related activities.
Maintain proposal records and support process improvements and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in tendering, commercial proposals, bid management, quotations, cost estimation or technical sales.
Experience in energy, power generation, oil & gas, engineering, EPC, industrial equipment, or service-related industries will be an advantage.
Good understanding of commercial terms, pricing, and contractual requirements.
Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes is an advantage.
