Beauty Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (1 day work, 1 day off)

Location: Orchard

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments in a safe and effective manner

• Conduct basic skin and body analysis prior to treatments to assess clients’ conditions and needs

• Understand clients’ aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans in alignment with the doctor’s advice

• Promote and upsell the company’s treatments, packages, and skincare products

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive client experience

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits

• Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment targets set by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic / beauty industry preferred

• Strong sales and consultation skills will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality

• Willing to work retail hours
