About Us
Since 2016, One Zeus Solutions has built expertise in face-to-face sales, customer engagement and team development in Singapore. In 2025, we expanded into New York and have since grown into our third U.S. state.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for individuals who have some sales experience and are ready to take their skills beyond the frontline. This isn't about simply making more sales. You'll develop the skills to train others, lead teams and understand what it takes to build and grow a business.
Your Development
LEARN → TRAIN → MANAGE → PIONEER
You'll start hands-on in consumer sales, strengthening your sales and communication skills while learning how our business operates.
As you progress, you'll have opportunities to:
- Coach and develop new Brand Ambassadors
- Lead from the front and set the standard for daily sales performance
- Coordinate team activities, facilitate training and drive team development
- Work with senior leadership to improve processes and business systems
- Identify, recruit and develop new talent
- Take on greater responsibility in team leadership and business development

You don't need years of experience — but you should have some exposure to sales, customer engagement or a target-driven environment. We're looking for someone who is:

- Coachable and open to feedback
- Interested in developing leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Ready to grow beyond an individual contributor role
Fresh graduates with relevant sales or customer-facing experience are welcome.
