As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage end-to-end implementation and programme evaluation of the research projects.

• Develop research protocols, study designs, data collection tools and evaluation frameworks using quantitative, qualitative or mixed-methods approaches.

• Plan, collect, clean, analyse and interpret research, clinical and operational data.

• Conduct literature reviews, evidence synthesis, programme evaluations and implementation analyses.

• Translate research findings into actionable insights, reports, publications, policy briefs and service improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with research ethics, data governance and institutional requirements.

• Manage project timelines, documentation, budgets, risks, approvals and deliverables.

• Support grant applications, research publications and presentations at internal and external platform.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's or PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Implementation Science, or a related field with proficiency in relevant analytical software such as R, Stata, SPSS, NVivo, or equivalent tools.
