Roles & Responsibilities

Are you a people-first leader with a barista experience and hospitality? We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to inspire our team, elevate our guest experience, and keep our shop running.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage our front-of-house and baristas. Foster a positive, high-energy work culture built on teamwork and clear communication.
• Operations & Rostering: Efficiently build weekly staff rosters, manage floor coverage, align labor hours with business demands, and maintain high standards of store execution.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Model warm, genuine customer service. Ensure every customer receives top-tier hospitality and consistent quality.
• Service Standards: Oversee daily barista and food operations to ensure fast, precise, and high-quality product delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of direct management experience. You know how to build a strong team dynamic, mentor staff, manage performance, and handle efficient staff rostering and scheduling.
• Barista & Food Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on the espresso machine and in food service. You understand extraction, milk texture, speed of service, and quality control because you can execute it yourself.
• Exceptional Hospitality & People Skills: You are naturally warm, approachable, and passionate about guest satisfaction—a true host at heart who creates a welcoming community vibe.
• Hospitality Mindset: Dedicated to creating a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere at all times.
