Urgent: Program Manager/Engineer (sales/automation) x2

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, business development and multi-million-dollar automation equipment programs.
• Develop new accounts, expand existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the RFQ, quotation, presentation and sales process through to project award.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and develop long-term business opportunities.
• Coordinate Engineering, Project and Operations teams to achieve revenue, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Develop sales forecasts, pipelines and market expansion strategies.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events and undertake regional travel.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ sales/business development/account management experience in Automation, Semiconductor or related industries.
• Technical knowledge of automation equipment, manufacturing or semiconductor processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel regionally.
