Job Summary

Join a dynamic retail team to deliver excellent customer service, manage store operations, and support sales targets in a fast-growing children’s clothing brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsive customer service to address customer needs and inquiries effectively
• Operate cashier functions accurately and perform stock replenishment to maintain inventory levels
• Maintain daily housekeeping tasks including opening and closing the store to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Adhere to the team roster and maintain a positive attendance record
• Stand for extended periods (6-7 hours) during shifts to support store activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
• Demonstrate a positive and mature working attitude
• Exhibit strong customer service and sales orientation
• Ability to work retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays within a 5-day work week
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
