We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and manage the company's manufacturing operations and operational planning activities in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead production operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery performance goals.

Develop and implement manufacturing and production plans that meet customer needs, order requirements, and business priorities.

Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely supply of materials and address supply or production constraints.

Develop and improve operating procedures, production control, and workflow to enhance production efficiency and consistency.

The leader continuously improves the project with the goal of optimizing processes, increasing productivity, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Ensure that production operations comply with quality assurance/quality control standards, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with senior management to assess production capacity, operational needs, process improvements, and future resource requirements.

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operation

Proficient in manufacturing processes, inventory/material control, quality management, and operational workflow management.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams.

Capable of managing multiple operational priorities and making effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Priority skills and qualifications to be considered

Having certain experience in management and operation
