Roles & Responsibilities

• Position: General Insurance Account Servicing / Customer Service

• Location: Chinatown (About 8 minutes’ walk from MRT)

• Working Hours: 5 days, office hours - 1 day WFH per week

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,400 Monthly Basic Salary + 7 days annual leave

• Duration: 8 months contract to cover maternity leave

• Industry: Insurance

This is not an Insurance Agent role

This is an Account Servicing / Customer Service position within an insurance solutions company

No sales target

Ex-Insurance Agents are welcome to apply

Established company in Singapore with a strong client base

Company handles mainly office and motor insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of general insurance clients.

• Provide responsive administrative and customer-service support for general insurance matters.

• Assist clients with policy servicing, renewals, documentation and general enquiries.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide appropriate insurance-related support.

• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on policy and servicing matters where required.

• Participate in discussions to improve internal processes and service delivery.

• Support general administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry.

• Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) / Certification on Health Insurance is required.
