Manufacturing Lead (Data Center) | 12 hours shift | Up to $4500

Roles & Responsibilities

📍 On-site | Full-Time | Manufacturing
💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month

⏰ Working Schedule

First 3 Months – Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm

After Training – Rotating 3 Shifts:

• A Shift: Mon–Thu | 8:00am–8:00pm
• B Shift: Fri–Sat 8:00am–8:00pm + Mon–Tue 8:00pm–8:00am
• C Shift: Wed–Sat | 8:00pm–8:00am

🛠️ Your Role

• Lead and coach a team of Production Associates to meet daily targets.
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety and address issues promptly.
• Conduct team briefings and prepare production performance reports.
• Oversee hands-on assembly of components and sub-assemblies across production lines.
• Support NPI, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, cross-training, and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and management to improve production efficiency.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years' experience leading a production/manufacturing team.
• Knowledge of production processes, ISO documentation and quality control.
• Familiarity with takt time, manpower planning and line balancing.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Willing to work rotating 3 shifts and perform manual handling when required.
