Japanese Restaurant Kitchen Cooking Staff

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Location: 107 Killiney Road

* Working Hours: Shift-based, basically 2:30pm – 11:30pm

* Rest Day: Closed on Mondays

* Off Days: 6 days per month

* Weekly Working Hours: 46 hours per week (basis)

– Standard working hours are 44 hours per week.

– For managerial positions, a special arrangement applies in

consideration of administrative duties: up to 2 hours per week

is included in the monthly salary as built-in overtime.

* Overtime: Any hours beyond the above are calculated at 1.5x

COMPENSATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Basic Salary: from S$2,800 per month

* Salary Review: Yes, based on performance and contribution

* Annual Increment: Once a year

* Age-Based Increment: Once a year

* Annual Bonus: Once a year, subject to individual and overall

business performance

* Performance Bonus: Available, subject to individual and overall

business performance

* Leading and supporting the FOH team

* Maintaining consistently high service standards

* Training, coaching, and developing team members

* Observing our guests carefully and proactively responding to their needs

* Handling customer feedback and service recovery professionally

* Developing strong product knowledge and communicating the value and story behind our Wagyu, food, sake, whisky, and other beverages

* Supporting beverage purchasing, inventory control, and cost management

* Improving daily restaurant operations and efficiency

* Contributing to customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and sales growth

* Working closely with management to continuously improve the TWG brand and overall guest experience
