Roles & Responsibilities

Service Crew

📍 Clarke Quay / Fort Canning MRT / 5 days work week
💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 Basic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Recommend products and promote ongoing offers.
• Operate POS systems, payment terminals, and food delivery devices.
• Ensure products are well displayed and adequately replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support daily outlet operations and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a retail and F&B environment
• Experience in bakery, café, retail, or F&B operations is an advantage.
• Welcome LVTP to apply

Working Hours

• 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Rotating shifts between 9:00am and 10:00pm
