The role:
This newly created role sits at the centre of WK's growth strategy across Asia. Working closely with our Asia Managing Partner, partners and legal teams, you'll help drive business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of our established Property, Energy & Infrastructure practice, while building momentum across strategic growth areas including Financial Lines, Cyber, Data & Technology and Marine.

You'll work on a broad range of initiatives spanning key client opportunities, strategic pursuits, market insights, profile-raising activities and cross-border growth projects. Partnering with colleagues across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand, you'll play an important role in connecting opportunities, sharing intelligence and helping shape the next stage of WK's growth across the region.

What you'll be doing
As part of our Business Development & Marketing team, you'll work across a broad range of strategic growth initiatives, including:

• Supporting the development and execution of WK's Asia business development strategy.
• Partnering with lawyers and business leaders to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Contributing to key client, sector and growth initiatives across Asia and the broader firm.
• Managing business development activity, pipelines and opportunity tracking through our CRM platform.
• Conducting client, market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Preparing client intelligence briefings, strategic account plans and business development reporting.
• Coordinating credentials, tenders, pitch materials and client presentations.
• Supporting client events, seminars, thought leadership and profile-raising activities across the region.
• Facilitating collaboration between our teams in Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand to support cross-border opportunities and client growth.

About you:
You may already be working in a business development, marketing or client growth role within a professional services environment and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your impact across multiple markets.
We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years' experience in business development, marketing or client relationship management.
• Brings strong project management and organisational skills.
• Is a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different offices, teams and cultures.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Is commercially minded and curious about market, client and industry trends.
• Takes a proactive, collaborative approach to their work.
